India

• Free Shipping on All Orders.
• LILAQ utilises mostly Ground Delivery Service via our delivery partner.
• Normal purchases made through our website will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will take up to 7-10 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays to get products delivered.

 

International

We happily shipped worldwide. Simply placed your order via Instagram DM, WhatsApp +91 74989 40234, or Email orders@lilaq.in, and we’ll send it to you safely through India Post EMS/Speed Post (with tracking).

To simplify things during our launch phase, we’ll be offering introductory flat-rate shipping based on product size and packaging:

Loose flower/stems/bunches(No vase) - $20.00 Standard Shipping

Small décor items in vases (under 2 kg) - $35.00 Standard Shipping

Large arrangements in vase (2-5 kg) - $65.00 Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Import duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
• We label shipments properly to avoid delays, but customs processing may affect delivery times.

Note: These are introductory placeholder rates. Final shipping will be calculated at checkout or manually confirmed by our team for large/custom orders.
